1. Product Pricing & VAT

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by the Government of Bangladesh. We are a VAT-compliant business and all applicable taxes are transparently included in the final product price.

2. Legal Rights

Print Valley owns full legal rights to its brand name, product designs, packaging, and all creative assets. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of our products, brand name, or content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed and confirmed via payment, it cannot be canceled.
• In rare cases, Print Valley reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be informed promptly, and full refunds will be processed if applicable.

4. Payment Policy

We offer two secure payment options:

• Advance Payment through the AmarPay secure payment gateway.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must pay a non-refundable advance delivery charge via Bkash or AmarPay before dispatch.
