At Print Valley, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and ensuring a smooth, transparent customer experience. Below is our detailed Delivery and Return Policy:

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products nationwide across Bangladesh through reliable and trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

   

• Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, and customers will be notified in such cases.

   

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

   

• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
  (Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.)

   

4. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are included in the product price, unless otherwise stated.

   

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable advance delivery fee must be paid via Bkash or AmarPay before the product is dispatched.

   

🔄 Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and allow returns under certain conditions.

Return Conditions:

1. The customer must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

    

2. If the customer chooses not to accept the product, they must return it immediately to the delivery person—before the delivery is completed.

    

3. Once the delivery is accepted, no returns will be allowed later under any circumstances.

    

4. In case of a return, the delivery cost is non-refundable—even if the product is returned on the spot.

    

⚠️ Note: Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery and directly to the delivery person. Returns via courier or after accepting the product are not allowed.
